Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

The Bookish Shelf, operated by Kelly Dunn, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions to The Full Shelf. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  1. Email us at hello@thebookishshelf.com within 30 days of your purchase, using the email address you used at checkout. Include the date of purchase and your order or receipt details.
  2. We'll process the refund through Stripe within 2 business days of receiving your request.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5โ€“10 business days depending on your bank.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings to prevent the next renewal โ€” your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of the renewal date and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.

Free plan

The Starter Shelf plan is free, so no refunds apply.
